Our organization develops and manages a coordinated program of services that work together with a goal of helping elders to remain, and live well, in the community as long as possible. Upper Shore Aging, Inc works closely with the Maryland Department of Aging to serve the needs of its clients. "Upper Shore Aging, Inc will develop and provide a variety of programs for Older Persons in the Upper Shore region, which help maintain and improve quality of life." Programs and services differ for each county and depend upon the availability of funding, as well as the unique and changing needs of elders.
