I am very disappointed in this business. The mechanic quoted me a price of 167.00 to get my daughters car fixed and when it was time to pick up they charged me 345.00. The owner did nothing to even try to negotiate a fair price for me after his worker screwed up. He was very rude to me. I even told the man on Friday when he told me the car would be done on Monday and said it was 345.00 and I told him no you said 167.00 then he said don't worry about it the fee will be what I was quoted. Its a shame as my daughter is in college and every penny counts. She had to take her college money to pay this bill. I would not ever go here again and I totally feel as though they ripped me off. Also, they charged me 45.00 to tell me what her car needed when I already told them what the vehicle needed. If they screwed up on the quote then they should have honored the price I was indeed given.

These guys know their stuff. Do expect to get top quality opinions on keeping your high mileage vehicle or new machine in great shape. I depend on them to keep an all wheel drive vehicle in shape for a rural medicine doctor who, believe it or not, still does house calls. While you are there, enjoy the restoration of classic vehicles that they do as a HOBBY! You know you getting good service when their vocation is their avocation. Nuff said.

stopped in the shop with a coolant leak , they looked at it right away. it turned out to be the water pump,the guys replaced it and got me back on my trip in record time there life savers. thanks for a GREAT JOB CHESTERTOWN GARAGE

Came here as a first time customer for an oil change. Changed my oil but not my reminder sticker or the car's reminder - urghhh. But then - paid for an inspection since I just moved here from Va. and when I went to MVA today - 36 mile one way trip, found that they put 2011 not 2012 and had to get a new one. Really disappointed as I am a new mother - and had to arrange child care to go. Never going back ----------------
