Not only is Russell Heacock a brilliant designer, his craftsmanship is beyond belief.

Rusty, the owner of Creative Custom Structures, has done two projects for us. First, he rebuilt our deck and second, most recently he rebuilt our split rail fence. I cannot say enough about Rusty, his work ethic, his expertise, and his finished product. Not only is he timely, creative, and thorough but when he is finished, you are left with a beautiful and substantial structure...one that will last for a long time. I contracted with Creative Customer Structures to build my 20' x 16' storage building on the back of my lot. CCS took great pride in the effort including his finding vinyl siding that match that of my house, CCS squared the building up with the house which was something I would not have thought about. They insisted on using plywood rather than particle board for which I am now thankful. This building has enhanced my property value as well as providing two stories of storage. I found Creative Custom Structures when I rode around my neighborhood of Windsor Farms in Richmond's West End--all the best fences, the most well-made fences, the most creative were all done by Mr. Heacock at Creative Custom Structures. He is also highly recommended by Angie's List. My neighbors also recommended him. He does top-notch work, works very hard, does a good job, is trustworthy and responsible. Superb quality and craftsmanship! Had a beautiful and unique privacy fence built around 5 years ago and it still looks exquisite! Highly recommended!
