Had a few problems with the fence install. Apparently one of the installers had a family member that was ill and I was told the installers on my job rushed through the job, so the one guy could go be with his family the rest of the day. What normally would be a 6-8 hours job was done in less than 4. I understood, but I also paid thousands to get a fence installed and went with Chesterfield fence because they have a great reputation in West County. The repair person came out and explained what I stated above and also said it was not acceptable and he is sorry about this. He said he would personally make sure they redid everything that was not up to standard. I think it included replacing about 30-40 cracked cedar boards and replacing a couple of full sections of fence that were not spaced correctly. My experience was not typical of this company, but they did make it correct and apologized. Our finished fence is solid as can be and looks great!
