They now have a store in O'Fallon IL but I've noticed I get mixed results there (don't believe them if they say you don't need a cover for your prothesis -- I break out without them). There really is a world of difference if you get a clerk who has more experience. They even collect items in good condition to help women without insurance.

If your current bras are uncomfortable you probably don't have the right size. People visit this business from all over the US and parts of Africa and are willing to wait for the experts there to find them the right bra.

I paid cash for a bra (and had the receipt), went to return it, and they would not give me cash back even though there was cash in the drawer (they said there wasn't). They wrote me a check. So I had to make an extra trip to the bank to cash the check. Basically, the customer has to go out of their way to get a refund.
