Heating units in our unit & many other units not up to code. Electric bills average $250+ per month in Winter. On-site management ignores any complaints or quick fixes them. Constant evening noise from adjoining units never addressed. So glad we are moving when our lease is up! Too expensive for what little management offers/does.
