I have three dogs that were scheduled to stay for 2 weeks. I called several times and never received a call back. My wife finally got ahold of them and made the reservation. I had used the pricing guide that they publish on there web site and it compared a little above others but with in reason. The day we were scheduled to fly out and took the dogs to be boarded. We were informed that the pricing did not apply because my dogs are intact. Had I been called this situation would never have occurred, We ended up paying double what the price sheet advertised.

Great place!!! New to the area and we would recommend this establishment instantly. It is clean plenty of free time and socialization. The price is great for day care and boarding isn't bad. We went to a couple of other places and our dog ran to the car, here he was happy just walked along. They are busy so book in advance if possible it is worth it!!!.

Whether you want to attend a class, or have loving people take care of your pet, they are out in front with a caring and concerned staff to meet your needs. The day care staff provide a safe and loving environment for your pet that includes individual and group play time as well as a wonderful environment for your pet's daily stay. The West Chester Pet Resort staff knows how to put your mind at ease for those times you are unable to spend with your pet. We highly recommend them to any one who wants a safe place for their pet while they spend the day or night away.

We have taken our pets to Chester Animal Clinic for over twenty years are were always very impressed with the medical care that they were given. All of the doctors and staff obviously love and care about pets very much as evidenced by the care and concern that they always exhibited. We were thrilled when they announced that they were expanding and building West Chester Pet Resort. We have boarded our Saint Bernard Sassy there several times and she really seems to enjoy her time at West Chester. She's spoiled at home, so we book her in the deluxe accomodations so we can check in on her remotely. The kennel and grounds are clean and well maintained and and Sassy has always come home looking clean and well cared for. We also have her bathed and groomed fairly regularly and she always looks fabulous when we pick her up. Sassy always enjoys her spa time at West Chester Pet Resort and we have referred several friends and neighbors.
