the 1 and only honest repair shop in chester !!!!! polo and smitty are top notch it doesn't get any better than these guys....if you havnt been you should go you wont go anywhere else

Polos Automotive is a great place to take your car or truck for services needed. They have a large well equipped shop and the technicians there are great at what they do, they're polite, down to earth people that take pride in their work. One of the main problems I've found with other auto shops is that they try to "stick it to ya" with things you don't need and have outrageous prices. Polos is NOT like that. They will diagnose your cars problem, physically show you and explain in detail what's going on with your car. If you decide to let Polos work on your car, you will be satisfied, Polo himself will see to it. That's just how he does business. Took forever to get my car back and it's nobody answers when I call.

Took over a week to do a simple job ( never completed the job)& found out they left my car unlocked with the keys in it out side by the highway over night. Tried to give a local place Buisness they didn't appreachate it so I took my car eles where.

Have taken my Audi there a few times. I have always been a DIY kind of person but when its cold and I dont have the means to do something this shop is the place I go. Easy to work with quick and quality work along with great customer service.
