Very bad customer service! I ordered a 3 piece dinner; there was a big sign stating that it was 7.99 but it was ringing up 8.49. Original cashier insisted that no the cost would be 8.49. She got nasty with me; even yelling...'you want white or dark meat'! I completed by order and paid the 8.49. Once at window I spoke to supposedly one of the managers and explained the situation to her stating that a big sign says 7.99 and that they really should refund me 50 cents. I was told NO! 'Its not my fault they didn't take down the sign'. I asked for owner's name and number. I was given an 800 number which was to a survey and she told me her name was Ashley which when I returned to the store to get the correct name and number for the owner I realized her name tag didn't say Ashley. She refused to give me the correct name and number for the owner. After standing in the lobby for a long time another worker went to the back and came back with a different name and number for owner (Dan McKinney) which I called and left a voice mail but of course no respond or return call from him neither. 50 cents isn't a lot and I was going to let it go but they were so rude with me...IT'S THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER NOW!!
