Management is unprofessional, they make promises they don't keep like appointments, frequently take 2+hour lunch breaks!, The Rental Office is rarely open according to posted office hours! ( I visited 6 times! twice by appointment, no ones was ever there! even after after waiting 2 hours!), & they rarely answer the phone when someone is there! The utilities are WAY OVER PRICED for "BULK" service! Lots of hidden costs & rules! Bring a New York Lawyer with you before signing the lease!, no copies until you sign!! (gee!, I wonder why??!!) 2 months notice to break your lease, PLUS 2 months rent!!, which could be as high as $3,600.00.... The 15 residents I interviewed (while waiting for office staff to return to the rental office) were very dissatisfied !!! Most, very sorry they signed a lease, & planned NOT to renew their lease! It seems this place is designed to draw in the innocent, over price everything, & get them back out within a year! With No customer satisfaction! WOW!!!
