The nurse actually asked us what our budget was? How about what you just do what is necessary to help my dog? Then they offered 3 things that were new to try turne out after asking a few questions we didn't need any of those. So why offer them? Will never return

We have been clients for many years and, at one time or another, have used all of the services provided, vet care, boarding, grooming and training. We have always experienced excellent service and the doctors and staff have always been kind and compassionate, whether our pets were sick or having a wellness visit. Over the years the doctors have saved the lives of two of our dogs. Our dogs love the boarding services at West Chester Pet Resort, whether they are staying for a week or for day care. They are happy going in and happy coming out. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high quality animal care.

When anyone asks where I would take my pets for health care, without a second thought, Chester Animal Clinic is the place to go. Not only are the Vets very educated in their jobs, they treat your pet like a member of the family. All and every effort is given to give your pet the best care possible. The staff is wonderful in every way. Most pets can get nervous when they have to go to the vets, but mine gets excited when he walks in because he knows he will get to see his friends.

When our family relocated to Virginia three years, we looked for a good vet for almost 6 months. We took our 3 dogs to several different area vets but finally got lucky when we went to Chester Animal Clinic and met Dr. Beecher Watson. He provides optimal, professional care for our little guys. We trust him completely and are grateful for his services,

Veterinary services cost money. That's a given. I've been coming with my cats - I started with two to a high of six - since 2003. And though I cringe every time I see the bill, I know that every person on the staff here geniunely cares about their clients and the pets they bring in. The thing I appreciate most about the vets, Dr. Lyne and Dr. Watson, is that they trust ME. They know when I bring one of my cats in that there is something wrong, that I'm not imagining something. So they listen to me carefully, then do what is needed to be done to make a diagnosis. I've had to put two of my cats to sleep here, and was treated with the utmost compassion by everyone there. They offer cremation services, which is an absolute comfort, as it's rare to find a vet that does. My last little kitty that I had to put down here, two weeks later I received a sympathy card, embossed with my baby's actual footprint and a ziploc bag containing a swatch of her fur. My cats go nowhere else.

Kind, thoughtful, and very accommodating. Atticus, Lula B. and Cassie just love going for a visit. Current groomer is one of the very best we've used! Seasonal (quarterly?) photo sessions are a blast, and a good value. Planned expansion looks promising.

Any time I have taken Blue in they have always called the next day and asked how he is reacting to the visit....any problems etc....I think this is a professional and caring attitude.
