Product is great, but I received the worst customer service with my order that I ever experienced anywhere. My order came with a wrong item. I got the wrong item ready to send back. Filled out the slip to credit my account, but had emailed heybo to let them know I got the wrong item. They emailed me back telling me that they would send out the right item on Monday. I sent the wrong item back. They received it on Wednesday, yet by Friday I had not got the correct item. I emailed again, only to find out they never mailed it. Once again I was assured they would mail out the correct item and I'd have it in 2 days. Never got it. I emailed again, and was told they had mailed it and didn't know why I hadn't received it. They said they would track it the next morning. I didn't hear back. Waited a couple of days and emailed again. Asked for the tracking number myself. All I received was an saying they had given me a refund. Obviously they never sent the package. Poor customer service.
