Mr. Hoffman has more than 15 years experience in business, banking and Investment Services. After working for Merrill Lynch throughout college, Mr. Hoffman joined Merrill's 401k and Investment Services where he gained his thirst for client retirement planning. Since such time, Mr. Hoffman has focused on ensuring his clients are prepared for the unforeseen circumstances that life can deliver. This has developed into his core financial belief. "If we can work hard for years and try to attain an 8% average yearly growth, but we aren't protecting the client and their family from an unfortunate event, then are we truly growing their assets over a complete lifetime?"
