Adams ribs has good food no doubt about it! The problem with Adam's Ribs is the management. There is a manager in the Chester Maryland restaurant who doesn"t know how to treat his employees. He yells and swears at the staff and is not very professional at all.When I was eating in the restaurant on Feb 8 2010 I was upset of how this man was speaking to his staff. I wanted to get up and tell him that he was harrassing his staff member and tell them to write a letter to corporate and contact a labor lawyer if this continues. They need to clean up the management or there could be a lawsuit that we will be reading about in the Bay Times! Concern local teacher
