Memorial Hospital(in Chester), has been the hospital for years, that has treated my brother for RAPE. Specicaly, in '2000', he was treated because he was sexually assau by guards at Chester MHC......His MEDICAL RECORDS, PROVES this, YET, the facility, has been involved in the COVER up ABUSES orchestrated on him;from the admins., to the LCSW's, to the "psychiatrist", to the guards AND a few of the "RN's". One CHARGE AIDE, WITNESS my brother being assaulter, he was treated in the INFIRMARY at Chester(which should have been medicaly documented), YET our complaint, returned back FALSELY marked, "UNFOUNDED"!...That;s an unfounded LIE, just as ALL other WRITTEN OMPLAINTS we have file, which he can SHOW INJURIES done to him!...Question : If we have PROOF(medical) of him being treated for assaults, HOW is it, that our written complaints return back marked unfounded!?...Question 2: Many pats. has been treated for assaults by guards and the such. WHY hasn't Memorial Hosp., request investigations
