The doctor, his nurses and assistants are great; very pleasant and personable. The office staff...seems to have the snooty Cheshire attitude. I don't care for how they make me feel like I'm interrupting them when I make an appointment. You can sense that they are biting back complaints, the troubled sighs...if I had less class I would call them out on it.
