Good service, free diagnosis, told us our options. Prices at the lower end of repair cost compaired to others. We where very well treated which seems to be harder to find these days. Explained repairs to a point where we could understand what was being done. We say all around great place to do business.

This place is for real. The first repair place that really listened to me AND told me my choices. Diagnosed the problem and let me know that it was not worth my while to repair. They are more concerned about me than the money they could have made.

my suv needed rebuilding. before rebuilding, my truck got about 9-12 miles to the gallon. after rebuild, it gets 20 miles to the gallon. I wasn't sure if that was right because it was such a big change in mileage. so i tried it again and sure enough, between 18- 20 miles to the gallon. I asked my regular mechanic about this and he said the engine was built with such precision, it can get that kind of mileage. Tidewater Engine did a great job!!!

The Right Place for a Rebuilt Engine. The Least Expensive Around. Took My First Truck to Another Local Business and got a Rebuild and my Wife's Car went down and needed a rebuild also. One of My Neighbors told me about Tidewater Engine, so I gave 'em a call and there price was over a thousand dollars less than anyone else. When we went to pick-up her car, they took us out there to start the vehicle and when they lifted the hood, the motor looked brand new and sounded like it too. I wish I would have taken my truck there and had mine done there. My engine doesn't even come close to how her's looks or runs. these guys are great.

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee new. The motor went out and my co-worker told me about Tidewater engine. These 6 cylinder engines have an oil problem because the block is very long. Tidewater Engine rebuilt the engine and upgraded the parts to take care of this manufacture defect. My Jeep runs BETTER than it did when I bought it brand new. I can't thank those guys enough,,, maybe this will help !
