I wish i could give less than one star! Do NOT use this company! We got a quote over the phone for an old bus we were selling and quoted 8 cents a pound. The title for the bus states that it's 37,000 pounds. So we were offered $2,960 over the phone. The bus needed to be towed to Scrap 58 because it didn't run anymore. So I made absolutely sure nothing was going to change the price I was offered once I payed the $500 expense of having my bus towed there. Well, once I had the bus there, their scale said the bus only weighed 25,000 pounds. Since there was some fiberglass on the sides of the bus, they told me they would only pay 4.5 cents per pound. This is a rate that is 43% lower than what I was offered on the phone! Maybe 1000 pounds max of fiberglass. They only offered me $1000 when I was offered $2960 on the phone....but I took it since I already was commited. I knew these guys were going to take advantage once they had us there. Do NOT use this company!

I called for parts info and I couldn't understand a word the guy was saying. I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 - 4 times & I still had trouble understanding him. Though I think he said he had what I needed, the prices were double what I paid at another salvage. And it's way out so I don't think I'll be stopping by (unless I get desperate).
