A board-certified physician's assistant, Rachell Bregant, PA-C has been in practice for nearly 20 years. She received her bachelor's degree from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, W Va. and has worked in Hampton Roads for most of her career. In addition to private practice, she has worked as a civilian health care provider for the United States Coast Guard in Portsmouth, Va. and in diagnostic treatment centers and health clinics in Virginia Beach, Va.
