Miars Farm is a Homey, Family Friendly, and Safe Environment! It's close to everything you may need! The apartments are huge and spacious; you can fit anything you may want. I love living here, the office staff is friendly and always there to help you. The Maintenance team are a delight to deal with and there when you need them. The neighbors bring back the term neighborly and become like family.
When you think of home - think Miars Farm Apartments. Built by one of the premier builders of luxury homes, town-homes, and apartments. Singles and families live in this residential area near churches and shopping districts. The management and staff are courteous and prompt when a problem arrives. Apartments are large, sound-proof, and very comfortable. It's Home!
Our twelve-year residency at Miars Farm Apartments has been very pleasant. The large size of our apartment made downsizing less difficult, and the staff's attention to our needs is a blessing. Whenever there has been a need, maintenance is quick and friendly. We would (and have) recommend these apartments to anyone needing a "house-size" apartment with a caring staff.
We have lived in Miars Farm Apartments for over a year now and we love living here. The apartments are spacious and the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a place to call home.
I have been living at Miars Farm Apartments for almost five years. The office manager, staff, and maintenance crew are very respectful, courteous, and kind! The apartments are spacious and cozy! Any maintenance problems I've encountered have been addressed promptly and appropriately! The community/neighborhood is kid friendly and everyone seems to be kind! The entire Miars Farm staff (maintenance included) really care about those who live in this community! A few years back, a notice was posted in each building indicating (paraphrasing) "To please notify the Miars Farm' staff if there are any needs that need to be met during the Holiday Season and Happy Thanksgiving"! I was blown away and my heart was touched!!!!!! This was another confirmation (for my family and I) that we are in the right place!!!!!!!!!!!!
First of all, I'm not sure what the other reviewer on here is talking about because every dealing that I or my husband has had with the office staff has been completely positive. Even when we received a request for my oldest child to stop climbing fences, it was done with respect, professionalism and kindness.
I'm a stay at home mom with 2 kids, and we absolutely LOVE this complex. Since moving in several months ago, any issues we've had have been addressed timely and without any problems. There are some issues with the apartment, but that's because it's kind of an old complex; the office staff and maintenance people are excellent about addressing things quickly for us, though!
I've never noticed a lot of loud music or things like that, which I have dealt with in other complexes in this area. My kids can walk to school from our building, and there's plenty of open area for them to play as well as parks nearby.
Every resident I've met has been super nice, too! All in all, I would recommend living here to anyone who wants a huge apartment in a well-run environment.
One of the things I really enjoy about Miars Farm is the convenience to other things: church, stores - it’s just a convenient location. Maintenance is good too. (One reason I sold my house was because I couldn’t keep it up.) The size of the rooms I like very much; they say it’s house-sized apartments and it really is.
We lived here a few years ago and really loved how big our place was! Also, the neighborhood was great – quiet with super nice neighbors. Everyone pretty much kept to themselves. It really felt safe.
