I have lived in Homecrest for 5 years now and I would not want to call anywhere else home.

this so called community has an extremely high turn over in management. each has come in all guns blazing... threat..evict...threat...evict. favorite word evict. five days to do this. nitpick...five days to do that.. most people get paid bi weekly or monthly and as many places have lay periods or reduced hours due to nthe obviously down economy finances are tight. so who can come up with sometimes hundreds of$ in five days.. water bills are horribly inconsistent...various excuses being issued by the very sour rude office personnel. rent keeps going up again due to multiple excuses. services and quality of life has not improved at all.. residents more and more feel as if they have no say over their own property/homes and like a stalage has more freedom . park security is a joke and was used as an excuse to raise the rent. progressively larger and lager homes are crammed on lots too small for them and often at the expense of adjoining residents. city requirements ignored totally
