I have called Guardian Sewer & Drain Inc, on four different occasions attempting to set up an appointment on four different occasions to set up an appointment to have my electric hot water evaluated due to insufficient hot water. Each time I was given a three or four appointment window. On each occasion toward the end of the appointment window, I called the office to inquire as to the status as to what time the plumber was supposed to arrive. On each occasion I was told that they would have to re-schedule my appointment because they were too busy & could not make it for my appointment. On each occasion I had to lose at least a half day of work waiting for the plumber to arrive. I have lost in excess of $1,000.00 waiting for the plumber to arrive. If this company cannot make their scheduled appointments they should be shut down by the Better Business Beurea for their incompetency & for the inconvenience they are causing their customers. This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with! A word of advice to future or potential customers! Find another Plumbing company, because Guardian is not worth wasting your time on them! I have never had a company lie to me not once, but four times after I had set up an appointment with them, then inconvenience me by not showing up! Find a different Plumbing Company, because Gaurdian continually lies to their customers!
