WOW! SUPER HONEST AND HELPFUL FOR FREE!!! I just called Eric with my problem and he told me what I needed to do, which was spray WD-40 in my locks (all 3 were seized) and what do ya know, VWALA!! Fixed :D He could of taken advantage of me and did the same thing himself especially knowing how simple of a fix it was and charged me $60 or so. Or could have came out and re-keyed everything and chargeD me $200 or so, but no! ERIC IS AN MORAL PERSON AND BUSINESSMAN!!! in a business which is lacking just that. Im writing to review on erics lock and key. i have recently lost my keys and had called around to other lock companys and everyone wanted to charge me and arm and leg i finally called mr.eric and he charged me a decent price plus was very nice and got there when he said he would. i will no longer get keys made by anyone elae besides him he is trustworthly and will go anywhere. so next time you need to have keys made orr your locks redone amything call erics lock and key you will always have what you meed amd will never be disappoonted.

Eric was referred to me by a previous employer. He was exactly the person I needed to make a second transponder key to my Expedition. He has the equipment and knowledge and performed his task quickly and expertly. I referred him to a friend who needed a Lexus key cut and programmed.
