I asked for economical lenses for my online purchased frames and was offered top of the line digital lens instead. I researched and knew what the less expensive options were, but none of them were offered. It became apparent that selling top dollar stuff was the priority, not appreciating and working within my budget. Also, email I sent to them from there web site were not answered. I wanted information and not to burn gas, but I had to go to the location because I could not get an answer to my "Contact Us" inquiry on their web site. My needs were satisfied by another provider for $200 less.
