Along with routine gynecological care, many other services are offered including: pelvic ultrasound; aspiration of breast cysts; evaluation of infertility, colposcopy (a diagnostic evaluation of abnormal pap smears); LEEP (a loop electrosurgical procedure used to diagnose and treat cervical cancer); cryotherapy for vaginal warts; and bone density testing for osteoporosis prevention and treatment. We also provide management of heavy bleeding including in-office endometrial ablation which results in permanent thinning of the lining of the uterus and decreases or stops menstrual bleeding.Our Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery service offers routine gynecologic care and treatment to individuals with urogynecologic disorders. This includes patients suffering from urinary and fecal incontinency, as well as pelvic floor relaxation. Dr. Alnaif is a specialist not only in diagnostic techniques such as urodiagnostics and ultrasound, but is also able to perform complicated pelvic reconstructive surgery.State-of-the-art diagnostic modalities, including multichannel urodynamics and cystourethroscopy, for all forms of incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.Broad range of obstetrical services.
