I was hit from behind on 64 not even a week ago and the person that hit me was Insured by Geico and they ask me to take the vehicle to Car Struction for repair I have never been there before. Geico has an Auto Adjuster there on site but on this day I met the General Manager Vince and Collision Specialist Pattie who did the everything for me. I can not be happier with the results, Everyone at this business has gone "THE EXTRA MILE" for me. I am a retired Police Officer and very hard to impress as I am always waiting to get ripped off. This repair shop has been up front with me and has called me to keep me posted about the repairs and Geico is on site and on top of things. This whole accident has been hassle free all the way. I also got to meet the owner of the business which was nice. I would highly recommend this repair shop, Thank you Vince and Pattie for all the help and great service and the front office lady for the coffee. Again Thank you

My car was fixed here 3 yrs ago with no problems. I just got my car back before the holiday and the whole thing was horrible. The Lady who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I'ver ever spoke to. The person who fixed my car never called me. i had to call them. and then my car was right when i picked it up anyway! Beware if your ins tells you to go there!

Very Rude on phone. Called for information on estimates and was talked down to and told to look somewhere else. Very disappointed.
