I was recommended to Bob's Heating & Air conditioning from several people .I called because my A/c unit broke. I called another company because we had a service contract with them. They came out and tried to fix it. The next day they came back because it was broken again. This time it was a different guy who told us we needed a new unit, this couldnt be fixed. Bob came out within hours and fixed the unit. That was over a month ago and the unit is still working fine. We are senior citizens and really didnt have the money to get a new unit right now. I truly appreciate the honesty and quick service Bob provided to us. We highly recommend this company. Thanks Bob :)

I live in a 105 year old victorian house and we had been having problems with heating and air conditioning for several years. After 2 different heating & AC companies coming in, trying to fix the problem, collecting our money, and not fixing the problem, I was referred to Bob's Heating. They are FANTASTIC. Bob, the owner, knows his stuff and hires trusted employees (a few are firefighters) who know their trade and clean up perfectly when they are done. Now our Heat and Air Conditioning is working on all levels and we can finally be comfortable. I wish I had found them before we tried the other two "reputable" companies. I would highly recommend Bob's Heating & AC to anyone looking to improve their home's comfort.

To the review of KK-39. The driver reported that incident to our superviser. He did not see you coming off the off-ramp. Then he stayed out of your way until you proceed to quickly drive up next to him in the next lane. He was afraid you had a gun and were going to shoot him. That is why he slowed down and got in back of you. He was afraid for his life. He also thought you were driving erraticly. He is sorry for the entire incident but he never was trying to run you off the road. We also reported the threatening taped message you left on our answering machine to our Police department. I certainly hope you realize no-one meant any harm to you.

I don't know about their customer service, but if their driving is any indication, I would avoid this business at all costs. A man in this company's branded truck tried to run me off the road, and I'm reporting him to the police. A dangerous, reckless, aggressive driver does not speak of any level of professionalism.
