This is the 2nd year we've used Tom's services for our cows. Tom & the entire staff are so accommodating and do an excellent job of butchering, cutting, wrapping & freezing our beef. It is evident they take pride in a job well done. We will however take part of the credit for the excellent taste of this beef, as we raised the cows!!!
