About JIM james your brand NEW hair color expert & stylist JIM was born in Medford. MA and attended beauty Academy where HE graduated in 1987 AT the TOP of HIS class. HE earned a coveted apprenticeship AT the Vidal Sassoon salon. And over the course of seven years there. HE attended various classes and learned the entire business (inside and OUT!). After paying HIS dues shampooing and sweeping floors. HE went on to become a Junior stylist. After only a year. JIM was promoted to Senior and later master colorist AT the Sassoon salon. With an incredible wealth of knowledge and a master skill SET. HE started working in the Newton area and eventually began working in Cambridge. HE still works with clients on a part time basis in Cambridge. But HIS pride and JOY is HIS NEW private salon. HIS greatest professional achievement to date. Jim's private salon allows HIM to work with clients from ALL walks of life. AT HIS OWN pace. Without ever compromising HIS work ethic and artistic integrity AT the whim of a salon owner.
