  Just got a new a washing machine this past week from Bestbuy, it got delivered today and while the techs tried to install it they found that the valves to the water pipes the washing machine hoses connect to were corroded and fused to the shutoff valves on the hot and cold pipes. Denommee not only fit me in today at the last minute as a non-emergency call, but the service technician they sent Mike Riley was amazing! He not only got the problem solved but also installed the new washer for us and got it balanced properly and hooked up to the drain system, all of this in under an hour! We have used Denommee a lot of the last year for a new water heater install, hvac maintenance, and hvac leak detection and repair. Each service being just as good as the last!   After 10 days, I received my water heater replacement quote. The 50 gallon water heater from Lowe’s was $1499, the quote was $3858. So, $2358 to install a water heater...in a non-emergency situation, in an easily accessible basement, the same brand/size going in the same spot. UPDATE since you’re “puzzled” by my 1 star, let me clarify: 1:20pm on the 7th I got a random text asking for pictures to create the estimate. I sent them at 1:56pm. 9:29am the next day, I received a text saying “ok, we are working on your quote’ 10 days later, no quote. I texted and asked for it, was told it was sent (it wasn’t in my email though) and was promptly sent an estimate with one number on it - $3858. No itemized list, no breakdown (other than in communication) and an absolutely offensively overpriced estimate. The response here only makes me happier that I’m not using them for this job - they seem very unprofessional. Diane B.
