Why is Dale McBeth the Attorney for you? I have been practicing law for 30 years in Lewis County. I have worked as an attorney in private practice during this entire time. I have prior experience as a public defender and pro-tem judge in Lewis County Superior Court and Lewis County Juvenile Court and public defender and court commissioner (judge) for Lewis County District Court. I feel that I am honest, sincere, dedicated and hardworking attorney. I represent clients throughout Southwest Washington. I continue to work as an attorney in family law cases (divorce, custody and child support), to prepare wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, to prepare real estate purchase agreements or evictions and to represent businesses to collect moneys owed to them.
