"On the night that we had our roof emergency, we called three contractors. One was someone we had worked with before--he never called back. One had come out to estimate the job and was supposed to come back to do the job--he called back the next day. Tri-Town via ServiceMagic called back within minutes of filling out the form online of what our problem was. They arrived when they said they would, were very communicative regarding our roof problems and performed the repair in a timely manner. They followed up a couple of days later....we are impressed with their customer service and responsiveness
