Best salon I've ever been to. Hospitality was exceptional, and my hair cut and color was even better. The owner, Lory, is extremely talented and is running an amazing buisness. Will definitely be back and I will never go anywhere else. Best hair salon is western new york hands down.

I am a regular at Ferrara's salon and have been treated with nothing but good service and very nice work. The employees are very hard working and it shows in their work. Have been very impressed for 15 years.

Went in looking for a normal hair cut but to my surprise experienced one of the best hair cuts I have ever received. The quick service and different hospitality that was shown was exceptional. Definitely highly recommended.

Went for a haircut two weeks ago, the haircut was ok, but I've had better and he charges way too much. The shop could use a really good cleaning and it's extremely cluttered. I probably won't go back.

Nothing but exceptional service, Ferrara's is pure class and professionalism. I've been fortunate enough to experience numerous cuts/color services and have alway been beyond pleased. the best haircut and color ive ever had the man travels everywhere for new styles i fly in from dallas every 6 weeks lory)s the best professionalism at its best! had a mani pedi while i was there very nice girl does not rush you out very relaxing and very sterile love this place.

I highly recommend taking a trip to Ferrara's salon, trust me it is well worth it. The hair cut had to of been one of the best cuts I have ever received and to top it off the employees are some of the most professional people there is. They make you feel as if you were home. I have become a regular customer and I highly recommend taking a trip for yourself. My wife had received one of the best pedicures she had ever gotten it was well worth the short trip.
