I am disabled and have been getting packages from UPS for quite a while. My family sends packages and I have ordered from other places. This time I was waiting for a package and it was suppose to be delivered on Thursday, 11 July, 2019. I never saw or heard the UPS person who was to deliver the package. I go on my email this morning, 12 July, 2019 and find that the UPS person left my package up by my mailbox. I don't go up to my mailbox, but maybe once every 8-10 days. It will be at least another week before I go up to the mailbox. I live in a sparse neighborhood where there aren't many houses near my house. As I write this I hear the mowers out there and they usually don't care what is on the ground at the road, they will mow it over. What I ordered won't be in a box. I am very, very unhappy with UPS. It will be a long time before I trust UPS ever again. I will be telling my family members about this......Michelle.

Some drivers will just dump the packages by our mail boxes that are in an isolated area. No houses around, ANYONE could take these packages. I have caught a driver doing just that and i told him this is NOT a drop off point. But it happen again with my neighbor. Thinking about making a complaint all the way up to the top if i need to.
