We were given Dr Christopher V Poole thru Erlanger Hosp E R when our 91 yr old Mother was visiting here and had a heart attack due to her having a nephrologist @ home - We were more than satisfied w/ his hospital investigation of her home records - actually required he speak to her Dr @ home- not just records transfer. And his follow-up w/ her was

above and beyond any she has experienced anywhere.

This office is the best ran and best equipped w/ services and manpower any of us has ever seen. Wonderful place to

go if you need a nephrologist. There is no way you will be disatified w/ your care here.



From the check-in office personell and the lab personell - we could have not been treated more kindly. Also, Dr Poole's

Nurse was the best informed and kindest person we have ever dealt tith.



Thanks to their kindness and great work our patient is now back @ home w/ a wonderful memory of something

devasting to have happened away from home. We cannot thank them enough for their wonderful care.
