  John M. Foster is an associate in the firm's Knoxville office whose areas of practice include general liability, insurance coverage and defense, premises liability, product liability and workers’ compensation law. He pursued his undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University, earning a B.B.A. in Legal Management (magna cum laude) with minors in environmental and legal studies. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Lincoln Memorial University - Duncan School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Chief Justice of the LMU Moot Court program and as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
