3/20/2014 is my first time to conduct business with Holston Gases. They were recommended to me by another company. I am so glad I found them as they were so easy and obliging to do business with. I interacted with three of their employees, all making me feel they appreciated my business. I would highly recommend this company and plan to continue doing business with them in the future. I will also verbally recommend them to others.

The girl that answered the phone spoke very rapidly, was borderline rude and clearly not interested in selling me their products. It was as if I had interrupted her day and offended her by asking a few product related questions; Additionally, she repeatedly called me 'hun' in a condescending tone of voice as she declared that all business for a particular line must go through her. When I attempted to negotiate, her abrupt response was that negotiation wasn't possible and rather than try to earn my business like a proper salesperson, she did her best to end the conversation as quickly as possible and practically hung up on me. Their prices were higher than their competitors in all aspects - lease amounts, and volume amounts. Their business must be doing well since it's clear they aren't interested in being polite to potential customers or offering a median price. I suspect that if you aren't already a customer, you probably won't be...because they won't have you.
