Established in 1960, Hardee's is a chain of restaurants that serves a selection of burgers, sandwiches, side dishes, desserts and beverages. Its restaurants specialize in omelets, chicken breast strips, french fries and steak biscuits. The chain s signature dishes include Western Bacon Thickburger, Chili Cheese Thickburger, Big Hot Ham 'N' Cheese and Low Carb Breakfast Bowl. Its restaurants also serve strawberry, coffee, vanilla and chocolate ice-cream shakes and malts. Hardee's maintains more than 1,900 restaurant locations in the Midwest and southeastern United States. The chain offers gift cards of several denominations, as well as operates an online nutrition calculator. In addition, it provides a range of franchise opportunities. The chain is operated by Hardee's Food Systems, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of CKE Restaurants.

The people are very rude, and unprofessional. From management all the way down. Especially the black old women. I think she even on the management team which is the said part. Im a student at MMTC and this is the closest burger spot to school being that its right across the street. But i refuse to spend another dollar at this location. I rather drive to the east brainerd location where Mr Greg has that staff properly. Trained and foods always served freSh. I really do hope corporate read and take heed to these reviews and get a new staff immediately.

Don't waste your money! I have tried and tried and tried going back to this location in the hopes that they have changed. IT is very convenient to my office, however the quality of the food, for breakfast, is horrendous! The biscuits are consistently small and very dense and the finished product is a grease covered mess. This morning I ordered a ribeye steak egg and cheese biscuit that I have had several times at other Hardees locations but today there was only one thin slice of meat on my biscuit that only took up a space of about one square inch. When I called the restaurant to let them know about this the employee who identified themself as "one of the managers" said that was how they were told to make them and if I didn't like it I didn't have to come back. Don't Worry! I won't be back!!! I like Hardess food in general but this location is beyond help!!!
