Best Groomers ever! My pooches come home beautiful, happy, and always eager to go again. Thanks for being flexible with my schedule, too! You're the BEST!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've taken all of my dogs to the girls and they absolutely love going! Of course, like any dog, they're not fond of their bath. The girls here are so sweet and loving with the dogs though, that my guys know they're going somewhere where they'll be treated like a king (and given treats too!). I couldn't ask for a better place to trust with my furbabies! The prices are fair, the haircuts are always 110%, and they're all-natural too! You really can't beat that. Plus being on the North Shore, they're convenient no matter where you live. Would never take my dogs anywhere else!!

Service... without the smile. Although my dog was clean, sweet-smelling, and had a nice hair cut when I picked her up, we will not be returning to Groomingdale's. They were rude when I dropped off the dog, called me while I was at work, and asked me to leave work earlier than we agreed upon to pick her up. I've tried them 3 times now, and each time my dog has had razor burn and is terrified of the place. As I mentioned, the end result was acceptable, but I won't be driving the 30 minutes to reach Groomingdale's again-- not for a snobby attitude, poor customer service, and a premium price tag.

I own a West Highland Terrier who has allergies. The groomers at Groomingdale's have gotten his allergies under control. They know how to cut a Westie where he looks like a Westie. They are very professional and super quality for the price. You can shop the store in front for all kinds of pet supplies and they are very polite and and are very helpful with their products. But best of all my dog Maxi knows where he is going and he looks forward to it and loves the groomers, so it is not a hassle to take him for a bath or grooming. Thank you Groomingdale's for being there.
