Very nice when you are spending money. The "technician" performs the eye exam, not the ophthalmologist. When the eye prescription was incorrect the staff is very rude and not pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend for the amount of trouble one has to go through just to be a able to get a decent pair of glasses that you are actually able to use to correct your vision. Dr. Richmond was very nice the time that I did get to see him but that does not help when you pay a fortune (after insurance, mind you) and still can't see!
