We care for the properties in our portfolio as if they were our own. We understand the delicate balance between satisfied tenants and profitable owners. We provide full-service property management, serving the greater Chattanooga and NW Georgia region. TN-Hamilton, Marion, Bradley, Polk counties. GA-Catoosa, Walker, Dade, and Whitfield counties. Some ala carte services are also available. We exclusively manage residential properties. This allows us to specialize in the field we know best. Our portfolio includes: single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quads and small apartment buildings (up to 200 units). We strive to practice "green" office procedures, such as real-time online account access. Other highlights: *Statements and other info available 24-hours/day . *Direct deposit and automatic draft available. *Rental applications approved in 24 hours or less, in most cases. We offer a fully-staffed maintenance department with a 48-hour response time under normal circumstances, and 24-hour emergency response.

      Our corporate office is at 7598 Nashville St, located in the charming downtown area of Ringgold, GA. From I-75, exit at #348 and turn toward McDonald's. Go to Nashville St (dead ends in front of CVS) and turn right. We are on the right side of the street across from the First Baptist Church (look for the big steeple).
