Our inspector was Michael Lane and Malcolm Godwin. These gentlemen we both professional and very detailed in their inspection. I received a 103-page report with pictures of the inspection. I identified potential problem areas and recommended repairs. The report also identified the positive areas of the property. I am a Mechanical Engineer and have written and reviewed many reports during my career. I have never read a more thorough, detailed, and professional report like this one. I would use no one else to inspect a property I was considering purchasing. I plan on them coming back to perform a final inspection before closing. They are amazing and answered any questions I had after reviewing the report.

The customer service was excellent from scheduling to the inspection. The inspection tech was so thorough that it frustrated the current homeowners! No complaints at all with this experience.

Great service. Quick appointment. Inspector walked through the entire house and showed me things he would recommend and also how to operate some components. I’m a new homeowner and thought beforehand “how hard could it be”, but I’m grateful I had the inspection done! Having the home we are purchasing inspected by Chattanooga Home Inspector was a pleasurable experience. They made clear the services they could offer prior to scheduling. Once scheduled they showed up on time and did a thorough and professional job. The inspection report was provided within a couple of hours. The report was again very thorough and included photos. The inspector himself followed up by phone the same day as the inspection and went over key areas of the inspection. As a Realtor and a customer, I felt they are definitely a top notch company and would recommend them without any reservations.
