I called Blue Ivy looking for a very special funeral arrangement floral display. I spoke with Addison who quickly jumped in with the owner to help fulfill the request. I needed a flower arrangement that was more about superheroes and fun as this was being sent for a co-workers aunt who passed away. Her aunt had a disability (or ability to brighten lives), and even though she was in her 50's, she had the mind, heart, and spirit of a child. She loved to dress up as her favorite superheroes and her favorite holiday was Halloween. We felt it was appropriate to send flowers that really suited her personality. Blue Ivy Flowers & Gifts did so much more than just making this arrangement. They truly went out of their way to make this as special as possible. Our co-worker sent us a huge thank you and told us that her whole family loved the flowers so much that they displayed them right beside the aunt's favorite golden shoes and right next to the casket. Thank you, Blue Ivy, for going above and beyond for this family. You took a vision and made it a reality.

First off...some of the positive reviews on here are fake. I met with the owner several times regarding my wedding flowers. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do the bouquet in my colors. My wedding bouquet did not look anything like what was pictured. The pew decorations she quoted me had around half a dozen flowers…she used TWO flowers on my pews and she charged me $43.70 each. Honestly they were the ugliest pew decorations I have seen. I spent hours going through pictures finding just what I wanted. She refuses to give me a refund. Don’t let this woman ruin your wedding like she did mine.

These people are completely incompetent! An absolute rip off for what I was charged. Avoid these people at all cost.

I sent flowers to a dear friend in the hospital, I asked for very unique modern fresh arrangement and it was gorgeous! My friend loved them, and the nurses did too. Blue Ivy is known for their artist designs, and their customer service is top notch.

I will use Blue Ivy from now on and so will my family & friends.

I ordered a Christmas Centerpiece from out of town. i described that I would like a pine centerpiece with some carnations and pine cones. My friend sent me a picture. Oh my! What was sent was a monstrosity of different flowers sticking every which way possible. Did not even look like a centerpiece. I paid $65 for the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I use to own my own floral shop and would never have let anything of that sort out the door. will never order from them again.

Blue Ivy is absolutely AWESOME!!! I had ordered flowers from one of the 1-800 florists on-line to be delivered the day before Valentine Day, only to find out that the flowers were not delivered (even though I had an e-mail stating they had been delivered). So at 8:45 p.m. (after calling several other florists and no one answered), Blue Ivy was next on my list. I full expected them not to answer because it was late in the evening but they DID!!!! The owner herself answered and promised me that a beautiful arrangement would be delivered on Valentine Day. She was true to her promise and the receipient was so happy with the arrangement.



Lesson learned - order directly from a REAL florist and ALWAYS order from BLUE IVY when ordering flowers in Chattanooga!!!!! They go the extra mile and deliver beautiful, unique arrangements!

They are wonderful! I used them for the first time for my wedding last year and was so impressed. I've been there for a few other random, last minute gifts and have always been pleased with the customer service and quality of flowers.

I have used Blue Ivy Flowers a number of times to help recognize a life event for one of our employees. I am located in Knoxville so I do not have the benefit of going to the store and selecting what is perfect for each occasion. Over the years I have grown to trust their judgement. They have done an outstanding job of making fantastic flower arrangements and sticking to the desired dollar amount I have budgeted, And most importantly, In every case whether it be for a death of an employee"s family member or the birth of an employees child, my employee and their spouse have made a special point of thanking me for the thinking of them. In doing so Blue Ivy makes my job that much easier.

I couldn't have asked for any better service from Blue Ivy Flowers! I ordered a season bouquet (about $40) and was amazed by what I received! Dale Wilson and her staff have an spectacular eye for arrangements. Absolutely the best Flower Shop in the tri-state area!! I would recomend them to anyone for any occasion!!

Next time I am in need of blooms I will definitely be "celebrating life with flowers" from Blue Ivy!!

Time and time again, the arrangements I send from Blue Ivy get noticed and complimented on. Customer satisfaction is priority and the owner of Blue Ivy is accessible and willing to talk through my ideas. I would have no worries, if I were ordering from out of town, that I would not get my money's worth!
