Had a great consultation with Adam who got me signed up, and now I work one-on-one with Amanda, who both challenges and motivates me. I love our sessions. Even better, this place is not a meat market; not a bunch of show-offs trying to get you to buy this or that. It's just about getting leaner, stronger, healthier. I've worked out at a lot of gyms from NYC to London, and this place is my favorite workout place because it surpasses a gym. Their work ethic and philosophy have helped me tremendously in just a short time.

After 38 years with a desk job and no exercise I was out of shape. We talked, defined my goals, laid out a plan for me and I decided to give it a try. I have been very pleased with the results. My trainer varies my workouts and he is good at explaining which muscle groups we are working in each session. I have toned up and built up my strength and endurance. Provided by YP.com"My view of gyms has changed over the years...I view most as "fast food" gyms. Yes, one gets a semblance of nutrition, but for the most part it is not doing the body very much good. As are the majority of gyms in town offering fitness programs --- not doing the body much good --- with the exception of 1-on-1 Personal Training. Looking for a different facility, this one fit the bill for me. Not a meat market or clique, it is more "organic" --- the trainers make the enviroment non-threatening, calm and focused on the individual. Explaining the exercises as to how and why they work different areas of the body is the norm, not the exception." - Ginnie Gray
