We jut left this establishment and I can honestly say, Satin N Lace has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Shopped in Chattanooga, Cleveland and Knoxville before a friend told me about this wonderful little secret hidden away in Chatsworth! Tons on dresses to choose from! Started with about 5 that we had picked out and the owner pulled several more that my daughter tried on. Had a hard time narrowing our choices down and kept trying the same 2 on over and over again! Finally decided on the perfect dress! And found the perfect shoes too! The staff could not have been more helpful if they had tried! WONDERFUL prom dress shopping experience!!! Can't wait to share this place with friends and we will definitely be back next year!

We were first time Prom dress shoppers and decided to start the hunt early not knowing what to expect. Living in Dalton, we expected to need to travel to Atlanta or Chattanooga to find the perfect dress. We started our shopping weekend early by running to Chatsworth late on Friday just to see what to expect when we got to the bigger cities. We were met by a consultant named Gena, at Satin 'n Lace, who could tell we were on sensory overload by all of the dresses hanging around us. My daughter pulled a couple she liked and then Gena pulled some for her. We actually fell in love that night with one of Gena's picks because she knew her stuff! The next morning we went to all of those other stores and were highly disappointed by the quality and service! After 300 miles of shopping disappointment, we drove straight back to Chatsworth GA. to Gena at Satin 'n Lace. She pulled just a few more dresses to make sure my daughter was completely happy with her choice and we left with our perfect dress

Terrible customer service. Went somewhere else that met and satisfied my standard of customer service. Spent $2,500 on dress, shoes, and accessories and was glad I did not spend one cent at this shop that serves up second hand customer service.
