      I have been in the gym industry for years and I have to say her people skills are getting a little better but compared to her legs, simply put it does not get any better. I will not leave the managers name but it will not be hard to figure out. If she ever got her personality in check the business could thrive even more because her face is that of perfection to, if you can get her to smile.
