I was most impressed with Clark Seif Clark, particularly as they were very upfront about what their procedures were, what it takes to pass an air test, and the costs associated with testing.

I called around and got some prices. I decided to go with CSC even though they charged the most. The inspector I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I was hoping if I paid more I'd get top quality. The guy forgot to bring a gun used for checking if lead is present even though lead was a concern and I had specifically requested he check for lead during the inspection. The inspector forgot his gun and never returned with it even though he told me he would. I had to call and send repeated emails to get my report. When I spoke with Agnes and explained my trouble obtaining my report, I got attitude. Later when I called back trying to send in some tile pieces to have tested for tile, I again received attitude from Agnes. I can't imagine the owners of this company having any knowledge regarding the lack of follow through as well as the treatment of clients by staff members.
