He is a past Chairman of the District V-B Ethics Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Banking Law Section). - Estate PlanningDaniel L. Finestein is an associate of the firm. He is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio (B.S. 2006) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 2009). He was Law Clerk to the Honorable John F. Malone (Superior Court, Chancery Division, Union County). Mr. Finestein is admitted to the bars of New Jersey (2009) and the United States District Court (D.N.J. 2010). Mr. Finestein’s practice is focused on municipal corporations and real estate litigation, including tax appeals and title disputes.

- ForeclosureCorrine LaCroix Tighe is counsel to the firm. She is a graduate of Providence College (B.A. 1991) and the Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D. 1994). Ms. Tighe is admitted to the bar of New Jersey (1994), Connecticut (1995) and U.S. District Court (N.J. 1994). Ms.Tighe’s practice is focused on general civil litigation and commercial foreclosures.

He was formerly the attorney for the Westfield Planning Board from 2003-2011 and Westfield’s municipal attorney from 2011-2017. He has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer each year from 2011-2018. He is a frequent lecturer in seminars sponsored by the New Jersey Land Title Institute and has served as an expert witness in real estate title and legal malpractice cases. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section). His bar admissions include New Jersey (1981), New York (1988), Florida (1984) the U.S. District Court (N.J. 1981 and N.Y. 1988), and the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (1997).
