Little Angels School House is a full service Infant/Toddler Pre School & Day Care Center. We are located at 110 Main Street in Chatham, NJ! Little Angels School House's curriculum is well-rounded, academically focused and designed to build foundations during a child's formative years. From infancy, we introduce our children to music, poetry, stories, colors, numbers, letters, shapes, gym & movements, hands on activities (i,e.: Jell-O, pudding, shaving cream). We repeatedly familiarize them with exercises and games that will enhance gross and fine motor skills (i.e. hand-eye coordination, rolling, crawling, and walking). The toddler core-curriculum builds on concepts taught during birth with increased focus on expanding their developing vocabulary and motor skills. It also introduces potty training exercises, handwriting, and having an increased focus on developing promising social skills. The owner and director of Little Angels School House, Rima Ann Numan, is a mother of two girls. Both girls grew up with the children of the day care. Although the girls currently study business in college, they work at the School House during school breaks and summer. Prior to opening Little Angels School House, Miss Rima spent two years as head teacher of an infant room and one year as head teacher of a toddler room for a local daycare center in Chatham. In the year of 2000, Miss Rima started Little Angels School House at a small location in Chatham. Over the years, Miss Rima finished her Early Childhood Development Associate, National Accreditation, New Jersey Infant/ Toddler Credential, and the program of New Jersey First Steps. The enrollment grew and more space was needed. While Miss Rima was looking for an ideal location to expand the School House she was focusing on a building that had an at-home feel to it. Her search led her to a charming building in the William Pitt Square of Chatham. In May of 2013, the current location of Little Angels School House at 110 Main Street was opened.
