My husband saw a "traditional" chiropractor in Chaska for a few years. MOST chiropractors are traditional and do the "pop, crack and twist" thing. It might have helped, but he still wasn't HEALING and had to keep going or his back would get weaker and weaker. AND, he would come home from an adjustment and need to ice his back, and was in a lot of pain after an adjustment. We found Discover Chiropractic and learned what TRUE chiropractic was all about. Now, our whole family gets adjusted because we finally understand that chiropractic is not about relieving a symptom--it is about being as healthy as possible, and I want that for my WHOLE family! Also, these adjustments are VERY gentle. They are very low-force, but they are effective, that's for sure!! Now, my husband's back is stronger than ever and hasn't gone out at ALL in over a year. Also, we are ALL healthier and have stronger immune systems than ever before. This is the best decision our family has ever made! What a blessing!!

I am so very pleased with my treatment at Dr. Jeff's center. I have had lots of chiropractic care over the years and I keep having to repeat the same treatment and it does nothing for my nervous system. Jeff's knowledge and care works on the nervous system interferences that happen in life, from traumas, injuries, bad nutrition, medications. I have TBI and PTSD and this is by far one of the best treatments I have had for the emotional problems I have had from a car accident I was in. I highly recommend Jeff's treatment. It is safe, gentle, very different from traditional twist and crank chiro. because of its gentleness. Dr. Jeff is kind and gentle and his knowledge is awesome!

I can't begin to say how wonderful Dr. Jeff's knowledge of how subluxation affects the nervous system and how his chiropractic treatment is helping me feel! I have TBI and PTSD with depression, anxiety and mood swings that are like living in a deep dark well. I have not been able to get back out in the world and use my gifts. I am only a week into the treatment process and have had 2 days free of nagging depression. I highly recommend this form of chiropractic! It is NOT the traditional twist and crack or crank method taught at NW Chiro. School here in Mpls. It is far superior in its approach and not widely known. Dr. Jeff's treatment is safe, gentle and not scary at all.
